Member of research units at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” in national research projects (PRIN 2001, PRIN 2005) on Corporate Crisis Governance and Corporate Financing and Investor Protection.
Member of the research unit at the University of Cagliari (2009) on Transfer of Company Shares.
2010: Contributor to the national project IPSE (Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, University of Cagliari) on data protection regulation and electronic health records.
Principal Investigator of several local research projects (University of Cagliari, 2013, 2015) and of the project Conflicts of interest of company directors funded by the Banco di Sardegna Foundation (2013).
