Local University Research Projects (ex 60% funding), 1994–2009, on port management, maritime liens, reforms of the Navigation Code, air and maritime passenger protection, public service obligations, airport liability, waste management in ports, recreational boating contracts, and airport slot allocation.
National Research Projects (PRIN), 1998–2009, on the Chicago Convention Annex 16, international regulation of aircraft guarantees, concessions of maritime state property, and the discipline of the maritime domain.
Regional scientific awards (2010) and co-investigator in regional projects on tourism infrastructure classification.
EU PIC–INTERREG Projects (1999–2003) on maritime customs and transport continuity between Sardinia and Corsica.
