Full Professor of Commercial Law (SSD GIUR - 02 A), full-time, Department of Law of the Università degli studi di Cagliari.

Professor of Commercial Law and of Intellectual Property and Competition Law in the degree and master degree courses of the same Department.

Education and Academic career

June 1983 Master degree in Law, Università degli studi di Cagliari, with a grade of 110/110 laude;

1991 won the CNR research scholarship "The current state of institutions and the system of regulations for foreign trade: analysis and critical evaluations", led by Prof. Giuliano Mussati, Università degli studi di Sassari;

May 1992 won of the comparative competition for the VIII cycle of the PhD in Law and Economics of Production Systems, established at the Università degli studi di Sassari, with renunciation of participation in the doctorate;

In 1993, she became a researcher in Commercial Law (group N02). She assumed her duties on 26 March 1993 at the first Chair of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Cagliari. Following a positive judgement, she was formally confirmed in tenure on 1 November 1996.

2001 eligible in the comparative competition for tenured associate professor (group SSD N04X-COMMERCIAL LAW) at the Faculty of Law of Sassari; she was subsequently employed as an associate professor for the SSD IUS 04 – Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of the Università degli Studi di Cagliari;

In 2004, she was deemed eligible in the comparative competition for the position of full university professor SSD IUS 04 - COMMERCIAL LAW, at the Faculty of Law of Università degli Studi di Cagliari. She assumed her duties on 5 January 2005 and was formally confirmed in tenure in June 2008.
