Qualification to practice as a Lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Cagliari.
Appointed Honorary Judge at the Court. Functions performed at the Civil Court of Cagliari from 2003 to 2020.
February 2005. Tenured researcher in private law until February 28, 2019.
Qualification for the second tier, sector 12/A1 Private Law (with the Commission's unanimous decision).
March 1, 2019. Associate Professor of Private Law at the Department of Law, University of Cagliari.
Examination sessions 2012 and 2018, member of the Commission for the qualification to practice law at the Court of Appeal of Cagliari.
Research Areas
After focusing primarily on topics related to contract law, civil liability, and civil evidence, more recently her research interests have shifted to human rights and biolaw.
