Department of Economics and Business Sciences

She is an Associate Professor for the competition sector 13/B2 - Economics and business management (SECS P-08) at the Faculty of Economic, Legal and Political Sciences of the University of Cagliari (Italy) where he is Professor of the Department of Economic and Business Sciences where he also obtained his PhD in Business Economics. 
He has held courses in Organizational Theory, Economics and Communication Techniques, Marketing, Tourism Marketing, Tourism Destination Marketing, Territorial Marketing and International Marketing in both the three-year and specialist degree courses. He is currently a professor of Strategic Marketing, Marketing of Tourist Destinations and Management and Marketing of Tourist Destinations.


She has participated in numerous research programs for some of which she has also been coordinator. The research interest has focused on the analysis of intra- and inter-organizational relationships for the competitive success of companies, on the influence of IT technologies on the definition of strategy and management problems of companies, on the evolution of company-customer relationships and on the peculiarities of decision-making processes in organizations.


She has published a series of articles in national and international journals and is the author or co-author of two books on decision-making processes in organizations and one on widespread hotels. In recent years his research interests have been oriented towards local development and the impact of tourism on the development of the territory with particular attention to the analysis of some phenomena inherent to rural and cultural tourism.
