The main research topics lie at the intersection of entrepreneurship, organization, and innovation, focusing on understanding the mechanisms driving entrepreneurial behaviors in creating new ventures and within existing organizations.

Topics of interest include organizational learning, entrepreneurial organization, new venture creation, and, more broadly, the relationship between individuals and their context in fostering change and innovation.
