Graduated in Law in the academic year 1988/1989 from LUISS “Guido Carli” with full marks and honors (110/110 cum laude).
In the academic year 1989/1990, she was awarded a scholarship for the Parliamentary Studies and Research Seminar at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, University of Florence.
From the academic year 1990/91 to 1999/2000, she was appointed Cultore della materia (Subject Expert) in the course Civil Law II at the Faculty of Law, LUISS.
From 1991/1992 to 1997/1998, she was the recipient of a research grant for the Chair of Institutions of Private Law at the Faculty of Political Sciences, LUISS.
In the academic years 1996/1997 and 1998/1999, she received research funding for the Chair of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law, LUISS.
In the academic years 1997/1998 and 1999/2000, she was granted research funding for the Chair of Institutions of Private Law at the Faculty of Law, LUISS.
In 1999/2000, she was awarded a four-year research fellowship in the field of Private Law at LUISS through a competitive evaluation process.
From 1998/1999 to 2000/2001, she was appointed Tutor under Article 13 of Law 341/1990 and the University Regulation issued by Rectoral Decree No. 80/1998, at the Faculty of Law, LUISS.
In September 2001, she was declared eligible in the competitive evaluation for one position as Associate Professor in the field of Private Law (N01X), announced by the Faculty of Economics, University of Cagliari.
Since November 1, 2001, she has been serving as Associate Professor in the scientific-disciplinary sector IUS/01 – Private Law at the Faculty of Economics, University of Cagliari, and has been confirmed in the role since November 1, 2004.
She has taught Private Law in the undergraduate programs in Business and Management and in Environmental and Territorial Economics, and by mutual agreement, in the program in Economics and Finance at the University of Cagliari.
In the academic year 2001/2002, she held a supplementary course on “International Sale of Goods” as a contract professor for the Civil Law II Chair at LUISS.
From 2004/2005 to 2011/2012, she taught a module of the course in Economic Law in the specialized degree program in Economic Sciences at the University of Cagliari.
In the academic years 2009/2010 and 2010/2011, she was entrusted with teaching Labor Law as a substitute professor in the Bachelor's degree program in Biomedical Laboratory Techniques at the First Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, “La Sapienza” University of Rome.
She has given a series of lectures at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions.
Currently, she is a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Law at the University of Cagliari, where she teaches:
Private Law in the Business and Management program;
Contract Law;
A module of the course Protection of Rights in the Master's program in Law.
She has also taught in various Master's and Specialization courses.
She has been a member of the PhD board in Contract Law and Business Economics at the Faculty of Economics, “La Sapienza” University of Rome, and of the PhD board established at the Faculty of Economics, Roma Tre University.
She has led and participated in numerous local and national research projects.
She has been a speaker at national and international conferences.
She is the author of publications in various areas of Civil Law.
