Profile
Prof. Giovanni Sistu is full professor in Geography, and he is member of CRENoS.
His research interests are focused on Environmental policies and local development, Analysis of tourism specialization and territorial changes and Analysis of water and waste management in the Mediterranean.
He has been Scientific Coordinator in several international projects financed by Europeaid and UE Life Third Countries Program.
Currently, Scientific Responsible of MEDISS project (Mediterranean Integrated System for Water Supply) under ENI CBC Mediterranean Sea Basin Programme.
He has been Director of ENAS the Sardinia Regional Water Authority.
