  • April 2018: PhD in Enterprise, Labour and Institutions – Curriculum in Labour Law and Industrial Relations (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan). Dissertation: “The Employer in the Complex Enterprise”. Supervisor: Prof. Piera Loi; Co-supervisor: Prof. Antonella Occhino. Final grade: Excellent.
  • September 2014: Second-Level Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations in the Private and Public Sectors (Centre for Industrial Relations Studies; University of Cagliari). Thesis in Labour Law: “Joint Employment under the Scrutiny of the Case Law of Cagliari”. Supervisor: Prof. Piera Loi.
  • July 2012: Single-cycle Master’s Degree in Law (University of Cagliari). Thesis in Labour Law: “Protection against Unlawful Dismissals: Spain–Italy Comparison”. Supervisor: Prof. Piera Loi. Final grade: 110/110 cum laude. The thesis also resulted from a research stay abroad (February–May 2012) within the Erasmus Programme at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (Madrid, Spain). PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Since October 2015: Attorney-at-Law specialising in Labour and Social Security Law (specialist title formally awarded on 12 May 2023 by the National Bar Council (CNF) pursuant to Ministerial Decree No. 163/2020). Registered with the Cagliari Bar Association (20 October 2015 – 20 May 2024). Registered in the Special Register for Full-Time University Professors and Researchers (since 3 June 2024).
  • 2018; April–December 2019; August–December 2022; June–December 2023: Legal consultant to the Office of the Regional Equality Adviser of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia, with advisory and research activities in labour law and gender anti-discrimination law.
