I have a PhD in Economics from the University of Essex, UK (2017).

From 2017 to 2021 I was a Research Economist at the Competence Centre on Microeconomic Evaluation (CC-ME) of the Joint Research Center (JRC) of the European Commission.

Since 2022 I am Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics and Business of the University of Cagliari. 

My research interests center around the economics of migration, welfare and risky behaviour.
