- On December 1, 2023, he was unanimously awarded the National Scientific Qualification for the second band (Associate Professors) for the concurrency area 12/C1 - Constitutional Law.
- Since December 10, 2025, he has been a member of the “Student Practices Committee” of the Degree Course in Legal Services Sciences at the University of Cagliari.
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- September 23, 2016: single-cycle master's degree in Law, from the University of Cagliari, with a thesis entitled “The principle of loyal cooperation in the World Trade Organization.” Supervisor: Prof. Pietro Ciarlo. Rated: 110/110 cum laude
- As of September 28, 2019: Licensed to practice law at the Court of Appeal of Cagliari. Competition consisting of written tests (civil opinion, criminal opinion, deed) and oral (subjects taken as a choice: civil law, criminal law, administrative law, constitutional law, civil procedural law and legal system).
- Oct. 6, 2022: PhD in Legal Sciences, XXXIV cycle, at the University of Cagliari, with a thesis entitled “New balances between the protection of competition and the protection of social rights.” Tutor: Prof. Marco Betzu. Title awarded with distinction.

- October 15, 2021 - October 15, 2022: Research fellow as part of the project entitled: “Autonomy of the Region and Local Authorities: from the system of competencies to the results of administrative action. A theoretical empirical-assessment analysis” (Sardinian Regional Law No. 7 of 2007). Scientific Responsible: Prof. Ilenia Ruggiu. Analysis of the status of the specialty of the Region of Sardinia with particular reference to the division of administrative functions between the Region and local authorities.
- Jan. 9, 2023 - Aug. 31, 2023: Research fellow as part of the project entitled: “Definition of the optimal areas of exercise of administrative functions of the Region of Sardinia” (Sardinian Regional Law No. 7 of 2007). Scientific responsible: Prof. Giovanni Coinu. Analysis of the role of Metropolitan Cities, Medium Cities and Unions of Municipalities in defining the optimal areas for the exercise of administrative functions in the Region of Sardinia.
