Daniela Pappadà is an assistant professor of Comparative Private Law and teacher of Major Legal System compared at the University of Cagliari. After graduating in Law, she obtained a PhD in Comparative Private Law and European Union Private Law at the University of Macerata. She was a lecturer in Major comparative legal systems at the University of Cagliari, in Comparative Private Law at the University of Siena and a teacher in a master's degree on trusts at the Interuniversity Consortium UniForma.
She was a research fellow at the University of Cagliari and has provided corporate and tax law consultancy to public and private entities.
Her research topics include energy, environment, trusts, fiduciaries, and deeds of patrimonial destination, international trade, special economic zones, insularity, and disadvantaged areas.
