Antonio Vincis is a self-employed engineer. He obtained a degree in Civil Construction Engineering with specialization in Structures at the University of Cagliari, and is registered with the Order of Engineers of the Province of Cagliari at no. 4285 since 2000.
He is an expert in the design of road infrastructures, in the design of bridges, in the safety assessment and recovery of civil structures and in particular bridges and viaducts.

He is currently a teacher in the Territory and Infrastructure Laboratory (Road Construction section) within the professionalizing degree course "Techniques for Construction and Territory".
