Fatma Gamze Düzgün (born 24 October 1983) is a tenure-track researcher (RTT) in Mathematical Analysis at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science of the University of Cagliari since october 2024. She obtained her PhD in Mathematics from Hacettepe University (Turkey) in 2014. After completing her doctoral studies, she carried out postdoctoral research at the University of Florence. From 2018 to 2024 she served as Associate Professor of Analysis and Function Theory at Hacettepe University. During this period, she also held administrative roles including Vice Chair of the Department of Mathematics and Erasmus Coordinator. Between 2012 and 2022, she also made several academic visits to the University of Florence and the University of Cagliari, taking part in various scientific collaborations.

Her research focuses on nonlinear partial differential equations, particularly parabolic and elliptic equations, nonlinear diffusion problems, fractional elliptic equations, anisotropic equations, and Keller Segel models related to chemotaxis. Her work mainly concerns existence, uniqueness, and qualitative properties of solutions, as well as regularity results such as Hölder continuity and Harnack estimates.
