Abstract

This book was created to remember the relationship between Luis Ortega (1953-2015), Professor of Administrative Law at the Universidad de Castilla La Mancha, and the University of Cagliari, where he was a member of the teaching body of PhD in e-government and public communication. Each of the authors, in tune with some of the recurring topics in the studies by Luis Ortega, focuses on a particular profile of innovation in Administrative Law, in the various meanings that this expression takes - technological innovation, the evolution of language, changes of principles and rules - with reflections on current issues, which are useful for understanding the evolution of the discipline.
