Abstract

The collaborative relationship between the University of Cagliari and Tunisia, in particular with the Institut National d'Art et d'Archeologie then became Institut National du Patrimoine, has deep roots which were born since the sixties of the twentieth century as part of the scientific interests that professor Giovanna Sotgiu (Emeritus professor of Latin epigraphy at the University of Cagliari), has grown against the Roman provinces of North Africa. In the article are presented the activities and scientific publications of the Italian-Tunisian Research Group in the years 1995-2007.
