Abstract
This book focuses on the study of votive clay materials from a sector of the Punic-Roman city of Nora, located near the present-day town of Pula on the southern coast of Sardinia. It is the result of work developed in parallel with excavation and research activities in a sector of the site, the former military area. Here the research group of Classical Archaeology of the Department of Humanities, Languages and Cultural Heritage of the University of Cagliari has been engaged since 2013. The votive finds examined in this work refer to a cultural and cultic horizon that is often of a popular level, with the co-presence of influences and elements of a higher level, reflecting the encounter between communities of different origin.| File | Size | Format | |
