Abstract
The thesis deals with the main legal issues relating to the end of life and is projected to enhance the fundamental right to therapeutic self-determination.The undersigned defends the thesis in favor of the recognition of the freedom of the person to conform his life plan to his convictions and sensibilities, coming to consider desirable a legislative reform oriented to the acceptance in Italy of euthanasia practices.
