Abstract
Superconducting technology is driving a worldwide interest in computing at cryogenic temperatures, but this requires efficient cryogenic to room temperature interconnects. Here, we present a magneto-optic modulator that performs data rates up to 2 Gbps at 4 K with an energy consumption below 4 pJ/bit.| File | Size | Format | |
