Abstract
This research work aims to show how, through the appropriate use of technology for communication and information (ICT) it is possible to foster the teaching / learning for all students. Especially we want to emphasize the use of technology in educational processes that teachers (both curricular and special ones), should adopt in their daily whether they are on duty or at end of the training course / specialization. The working hypothesis, therefore, is based on a look at the relevant literature on ICT combination with the Pedagogy and Didactics, specially for Special Education. we made an overview of the process of introduction of ICT in education and how it from the centrality of multimedia laboratories and the need to adapt students to these environments to the destruction of the physical environment and the promotion of Great relevance, regarding the use and perception of ICT in education teaching are data emerging from the survey / questionnaire carried out with about 230 teachers the selections for admission to the postgraduate course of specialization as support the 'University of the "Foro Italico".
