Abstract
After investigating the state of implementation of substantive equality through an analysis of regional laws in five subjects related to social rights and enacted during the 15th and 16th councils of the Region of Sardinia, the essay comes to the conclusion that the quality of Sardinian regional legislation is in crisis.
