The Law and Migration Series promotes the publication of monographic and collective works on migration law in order to foster the circulation of ideas and overcome the disciplinary fragmentation and isolation of those who study the subject. The Series originates from a scientific collaboration within the Academy of Law and Migration (ADiM) and aims to promote a rigorous scientific approach, open to the contribution of other social sciences. It is managed by a Steering Committee, composed of academics who study migration phenomena from different legal perspectives. The Steering Committee is assisted by a Scientific Committee, which includes many authoritative scholars on the subject. The Series publishes both monographs, subjected to a “double-blind” review process, and collective volumes, subject to review procedures defined by the Steering Committee.
