'Libera administratio peculii' e 'fraus creditorum': un appunto su Marcell. D. 42.8.12

Abstract

The essay proposes an exegesis of the fragment of Marcellus included in D. 42.8.12 and suggests that, in the case of alienation of peculium property in fraud to its creditors by the filius in agreement with the pater, the thesis that only allows the latter actiones adiecticiae qualitatis prevailed.
