Abstract
This overview aims to offer an insight into the judicial application of the subjective attribution criterion for liability for damages caused by animals. Specifically, it examines the now well-established stance of the Supreme Court, which extends the application of Article 2052 of the Civil Code to cases of damage caused by wildlife, overcoming the traditional distinction between domestic and wild animals through the use of the special regulation under this rule.| File | Size | Format | |
