Abstract
This research presents a case study on how Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques can support structured interviews in the context of the well-being of the elderly population. The data includes both structured and qualitative interviews. These two types of surveys are administered to different groups of respondents. Structured interviews are conducted with employees of cooperatives, nonprofit organizations, and associations involved in caregiving and with employees of nursing homes and long-term care (LTC) residential facilities. In contrast, qualitative interviews are conducted with union representatives and associations representing long-term care workers. The analysis examines how the results of the two surveys differ using NLP techniques.| File | Size | Format | |
