Reporting, suggestions and complaints

In order to improve the delivery of teaching and the services offered to students, and without prejudice to the provisions of the University Statute concerning the role of the Student Guarantor, suggestions, reports, and complaints of an educational nature are systematically collected and analyzed, particularly—but not exclusively—regarding:

  • course teachings;
  • class schedules;
  • teachers office hours;
  • student-teacher relations;
  • exams and assessments;
  • malfunctions in educational support services;
  • maintenance work in facilities where teaching is provided.

If you have specific requests, suggestions, or complaints regarding a teaching activity or a teacher, you can send a confidential email to the Course Coordinator, who will take action to promptly resolve the issue.

To make suggestions to the Study Course Council, propose improvements, and/or report problems of general interest, you can contact your student representatives, who will take action to bring them to the attention of the Council.
