Correttezza e buona fede e diritto di critica del lavoratore

Abstract
The contribution aims to clarify whether the illegitimate exercise of the worker's right to criticize is a consequence of the failure to comply with the duties with which the duties of correctness and good faith are identified, as stated by the prevailing jurisprudence. From the discussion emerges the existence of two opposing orientations, the first of which is identified with the jurisprudential position mentioned, while the other, shared here, is supported by those who assert that the observance of the duties of correctness and good faith is guaranteed by the expression, by the employee, of dissent that is respectful of the obligation of loyalty to the employer.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
