Abstract

The script is about three characters related to the legislation on public information: the requirements of data quality (how it should be the information), the timing of publicity (when the information must be divulged) and the degree of visibility that must be ensured to the data (where must be placed the information). This is done through an analysis of Articles 6, 8 and 9 of Italian Legislative Decree 33/2013, as amended by Legislative Decree 97/2016
