Abstract

The contribution in terms of rating between the violation of the operators' right to privacy and the effects of the positive evaluations of their performance by users starts from the assumption of a brief reference to the regulation of the rider performance analysis system, to the functioning of the rating system. and the legal nature of the operators' employment relationship, which is divided into two central parts. the first relates, firstly, to the issue of reviews, the digital employment relationship and the right to privacy of the riders and, secondly, to that of the rating and the right to privacy of subordinate and hetero-organized riders, and ends with a reflection on the rating and right to privacy of parasubordinate and autonomous riders. The second part of the article is dedicated to the rating and limitation of the platform manager's powers, to the ownership and portability of the digital reputation and, finally, to the online rating service.
