Abstract

Cognitive behavioural therapy is widely used in child and adolescent psychiatry to treat numerous psychiatric disorders. Some focal aspects of this model are illustrated through the description of a clinical case and aim to facilitate communication between paediatricians and infantile neuropsychiatrists/psychologists for a correct and prompt identification of the disorder.
