Abstract
The phonetic competence of even advanced learners of German is typically characterized by errors arising different equivalence classes between the mother tongue and the foreign language, which can lead to significant misunderstandings or misinterpretations during conversations. Based on these premises, the article first discusses the conditions and means by which the acquisition of German prosody in DaF (German as a Foreign Language) can be specifically promoted for Italophones. Then, considering aspects of language acquisition theory and recent empirical findings, some didactic and methodological proposals for classroom practice will be presented.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
