Abstract

This paper takes inspiration from a ruling of the Supreme Court to examine the various forms of surety guarantees supporting loans to agricultural enterprises, which today find their paradigm in those granted pursuant to Article 17 of Legislative Decree 102/2004 by the Institute of Services for the Agricultural and Food Market (ISMEA).
