Abstract

The contribution deals with the question of the qualification of the employment relationship of gig workers, because the limited legislative regulation on the matter not appear sufficient to achieve this objective. The reflection is carried out in light of the orientation of jurisprudence at all levels on the issue, given that it corresponds to a wide range of solutions in this regard.
