Abstract

After examining the difference between the “strike” and forms of collective self-defense other than the latter and the traditional reconstructive perspective relating to the effects of the right to strike and “other” collective actions, including those on the web, on the employment relationship, the contribution focuses on the innovative scope of the three “twin” rulings of 2025, in which the Court of Cassation addresses the issue of the protection connected to the latter, as a species of the right to collective actions provided for by international sources.
