Abstract
In his 1932 Rechtsphilosophie, Gustav Radbruch devotes a chapter to the aesthetics of law, exploring how law can benefit from art and how art can make use of law. However, aesthetic motives are not limited to these pages. Other points of interest can be found in the discussion of the relationship between art and society and in the reflections on legal interpretation, in which a dialogue is established with philological and literary hermeneutics. The article attempts to provide an overview of such motifs, and will conclude with some remarks on their reception.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
