Given the increasing importance of high-performance supply, and the advantages to be gained through supply chain coordination, the challenge to an organization is how to select the appropriate coordination mechanism to manage organizational interdependencies. Another field of interest is the link about motivation and innovation in Organization. Emphasis is placed on the internal aspects of motivation and the distinction between motivation and behaviour and performance. She has published a number of research articles for high standing international journals including , Management Decision, The TQM journal, Journal of change management, Springer. She is also the author or co-author of books related to Supply Chain Management and Logistics. She is referee for International Journal of e- service and mobile applications.
