Abstract
In the realm of entrepreneurship, women’s contributions are gaining recognition, but gender disparities persist, often influenced by cultural norms and individual attributes. The digital age presents an opportunity for women entrepreneurs to overcome traditional constraints and leverage digital platforms. The rise of digitalization empowers women to manage work and family life efficiently, granting access to global markets and resources and enabling the creation of personal brands. This chapter introduces the case of “Sa Panada Srl,” a remarkable example that harnessed digital platforms and social media to achieve significant success. The case exemplifies the transformative potential of digitalization in empowering women entrepreneurs, uncovering the possibilities and challenges of the digital era for women in entrepreneurship, and offering insights into how they can transcend conventional boundaries to fulfill their entrepreneurial dreams.| File | Size | Format | |
