Abstract

Taking a cue from recent jurisprudence on the merits, which diverges from the majority case law on the 'legal force' of the regulatory discipline and the consideration to be given to certain protru ding bodies, an interpretative proposal has been put forward regarding the limits within which ex ceptions to the ordinary regime of distances can be granted.
