Student Communication Committee

The Student Communication Committee plays a fundamental role in fostering dialogue between the student body and the governing bodies of the Degree Programme. Its main purpose is to ensure that students have a stable and recognised channel through which they can submit observations, suggestions, or formal complaints regarding the organisation and delivery of teaching activities. In this way, the Committee contributes to making communication within the academic community more transparent and effective, facilitating the timely identification of potential critical issues and the development of shared solutions.

In addition to collecting students’ feedback, the Committee carefully analyses and reworks it into structured observations, which are then presented to the Degree Programme Council. On the basis of these inputs, the Council may decide to implement targeted measures aimed at improving both the quality of teaching and the overall organisation of the study programme.

The Committee is therefore not limited to a passive role of receiving and forwarding requests. Rather, it functions as an active space for mediation and reflection, where the needs and expectations of students are brought into dialogue with the resources and organisational possibilities of the Degree Programme. In this broader perspective, the Committee’s work fits into the wider framework of quality assurance activities, complementing the tasks of other committees and contributing to a study path that is increasingly attentive to the real needs of the student population.
