The Student Affairs Committee is responsible for managing and processing all matters related to students’ academic careers, in preparation for the subsequent approval by the Course of Study Council.
In particular, the Committee reviews requests for transfers between different degree programs, ensuring that each application is examined thoroughly and in accordance with the rules of the program. It also evaluates applications for approval of elective courses, ensuring that these activities are consistent with the prescribed curriculum and contribute to the acquisition of the necessary academic credits.
Finally, the Committee assesses requests for recognition of credits earned through activities carried out outside the degree program, verifying their alignment with the program’s learning objectives and required competencies, thereby ensuring appropriate recognition of students’ prior experiences
