Abstract

This book was created as a result of the first "Cagliari day of administrative studies", an opportunity to have a meeting between professors of administrative law of the University of Cagliari and distinguished scholars of other universities, which took place on November 4, 2016 and had as subject many current topics and issues concerning environmental law. The authors, moving from the topics discussed in the conference, have developed the respective themes in order to give life to a collective work that offers a critical contribution to the debate.
