The sections of the Technology District Library are located within the Piazza d'Armi complex of the Faculty of Engineering (which overlooks Viale Merello, Via Marengo, Via Is Maglias, Via Montenotte and Via Castelfidardo) and within the Department of Civil, Environmental and Architectural Engineering in the former Mauriziano complex (between Via Santa Croce and Via Corte d'Appello).

On the Piazza d'Armi campus, the Engineering Library occupies the first floor of Building N (marked in red on the map), which faces almost directly onto Via Is Maglias.

The Architecture Library is situated on the second floor of the former Mauriziano complex. The entrance to the library is via Via Santa Croce.

The Mathematics and Computer Science section of the Library is located on the first floor of the Palazzo delle Scienze at Via Ospedale 72

The Engineering Library is served by CTM bus route 8 (Viale Merello or Via Is Maglias stops); and by route 5 (final stop at Viale Merello). The Architecture site can be reached via CTM bus route 8 (Via Porcell stop). 

The Mathematics and Computer Science section of the Library is served by CTM bus routes 7 and 8.

The Naval Engineering section is located in Olbia, on the first floor of a building within the Circolo Canottieri complex, on the extension of Via dei Lidi, opposite number 45
